What's the difference between Standard and Premium tickets?

Premium includes everything in Standard, plus unlimited butterbeer, a free wand, an enhanced dining experience with more food options, and both the treat bag and pygmy owl (Standard guests choose one or the other). Premium also runs during the later 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM seating (which is a bit more magical feeling).

Can I attend both the Standard and Premium time slots?

Each ticket is for its own designated time slot only. Standard runs 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM, and Premium runs 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM. If you'd like the Premium experience, simply purchase a Premium ticket for the later seating.

What is the Alchemist's Stone Quest, and can I add it to any ticket?

It's an exclusive early-access scavenger hunt through the castle, available as an add-on to either ticket type. Guests arrive 45 minutes before their scheduled gate time to check-in, explore the halls, solve riddles, and search for the legendary Alchemist's Stone before anyone else arrives.

Do I get to choose between the treat bag and pygmy owl, or is that decided for me?

Standard ticket holders choose one or the other. Premium ticket holders receive both.

Is the pygmy owl a real, live owl?

No! It's an adorable plush pygmy owl, about 4 inches tall, yours to take home and keep as a memento of the evening.

Come as you are, or lean into the theme! Many guests love dressing up, but it's not required, the magic is all around you either way.

Is the event suitable for children?

Yes, the Fantastic Feast is designed to delight guests of all ages, from young witches and wizards to grown-up muggles.

The butterbeer served is non-alcoholic and family-friendly.
