The event can accommodate up to 200 witches and wizards. For larger groups, additional evenings can be arranged to ensure everyone gets a chance to experience the enchantment.

Each guest receives a $25 voucher to spend at the wizarding village on wizarding wares, wands, and sweet treats, along with a complimentary butter beer to enjoy while exploring. Voucher upgrades are available for those who want to indulge a little more.

Dinner is an experience of its own. A professionally catered five-course feast is served throughout the evening, thoughtfully prepared to complement the atmosphere and elevate the magic, with flavors designed to delight guests of all ages.
